What I love about yoga is that you can practice it anywhere, at any time and at any stage of your life.
Start in your heart by acknowledging and accepting your feelings, appreciate that you are where you are, and it’s ok to be where you are and slowly shift to expansion and focusing on feels that feel good and make you happy.
Then you can practice yoga in your head, by becoming aware of the thoughts that are not serving you, acknowledging and letting them go, it will take some practice to let them go but it’s possible. Lastly, practice yoga (union) in your body, breathe, move and feel.
